Dogs are a subset of wolves their intelligence is roughly the same or possibly greater for dog species that are bred for the purpose

Dogs in general are not as intelligent as their wolf ancestors. It's a trade-off for fluffier tails I guess.

The song "Happy Birthday To You" is not public domain.

Your stomach needs to produce a new layer of mucus every two weeks or it would digest itself.

Ew is used to say "Ew! The above fact is gross" while Ewe is the animal.

Ha ha, that's funny. My Grandpa proved #40. When they led a cow up the church bell tower steps as a prank, they had to hire a cherry picker lift to get the cow out of the tower.

I'm guessing you cut and pasted instead of typing all these, yes?

Actually, I read all of them, then cut and paste them. But yes i did not type all those. It is an interesting list though.

Okay realistically I posted them and then read them all, but same dif. Mostly.

cmon man really? I mean like "#75 The average person makes 1,140 phone calls per year." hows that even worth being called a "random fact" I know no one that makes that many calls, I've made 50 calls this year TOPS. Several more "random facts" on that lists that's just not worth mentioning but then again people posting random **** not even reading what you post and the result is probably not gonna be worth reading anyways..

That's one phone a week. While taking 2 weeks off. Assuming you hit 50. If that is not an understatement, then it is definitely not the norm either. I know people with cell phones that make 4 or 5 phone calls a day. And that's my grandparents. I can totally see people half their age making 6 or 7 a day. And people my age......... I can guarantee you the number is much much higher. Less than one phone call a week? Even with just calling to check in or exchange vital information and nothing else, I don't see that.

And then we get to addicts. And the number skyrockets on the other extreme. Since we only need to have every person make 4 phone calls a day to hit that average, it's very easy. A lot of people can't go an hour without their phone, let alone six hours.

Phonecalls really? Honestly I only use my phone for texting, then we got all the social media like facebook, Skype, instagram etc etc, but maybe that's just me, sure I can see how a person can make that many phonecalls in a year I just find it hard to believe that's the "average person" worldwide.

Not saying its not possible, it just doesn't feel right, like a random statement no one will ever care to doublecheck. Some of the facts in the list are cool though, its just a lot of rubbish in it aswell witch makes it hard to read them all in such a long list.

This is a lie. An episode of Mythbusters featured a story abut the speed and distance a sneeze travels. While the speed varies from between people, the fastest Adam or Jamie was ever clocked at with a radar gun was 35 mph +/-2 mph. As for the distance part of the myth, they found that snot only travels about half the 35 foot distance they needed to confirm it, 17.5 feet.
