Korra - very good
Airbender - the best American animated cartoon ever
Adventure Time - after my time never watched it
Steven Universe - dunno what it is

Watch Bee and Puppycat. It's like an American Miyazaki work.

All pretty fabulous shows.
Personally:

Gravity Falls: Just a great overall show that perfectly blends levity and severity. Plus it hearkens back to old cartoons by getting away with crazy amounts of stuff. Most "kids' shows" can't even say die, they make jokes about it.

Bravest Warriors: Basically Adventure Time unfiltered, also has a pretty great comic series.

Over the Garden Wall: A beautifully animated adventure that's basically a giant love letter to old-school animation, and the entire series is only like 2 and a half hours.

Star vs. the Forces of Evil: It's still kind of finding its legs, but there've been some pretty funny moments already, and definitely has potential.

Archer: Nowhere near as kid friendly as the other shows, but one of the funniest animated shows out there, it's brilliantly written and full of allusions and callbacks that reward you for paying attention (also the season 1 dvd has the "unaired pilot," which is literally just the first episode except the main character is replaced with a raptor and all his lines are just him screeching).

You kids these days with your fluid animation and production values and sound that actually sounds like the thing it's supposed to be. Back in my day our cartoons barely moved and were just poorly concealed vehicles for selling us toys - and we liked it that way!

...get off my lawn!

does anyone else have opinions on these 4 tv shows. i dont think i've seen any other cartoons that i liked. or tv shows rly

I really like Airbender and Korra - just waiting on season three of Korra to actually be released over here so I can actually see the ending.

I've heard good things about Adventure Time but never actually sat down and watched an episode - yet somehow I ended up knowing a lot about it just by being on the internet for a prolonged time. Internet needs to shut up about Adventure Time basically. Same with ponies.

I'm with Rstnme on Steven Universe. Never heard of it. Is it new or something? Apparently been out since like Nov 2013. Huh. Not saying it's bad just if I have heard literally nothing about it in over a year of run time I can't imagine it's got a lot of sticking power. I've been wrong about this junk before though. Cartoons are weird like that.

It's pretty amazing, though you do have to stick with it for a while. At first it's mostly just random shenanigans, albeit amusing, but it really starts to hit its stride around the middle of Season 1.

Wander Over Yonder is my favorite at the moment. Gravity Falls ain't too bad either.

The last one I paid any real attention to was Gravity Falls. Before that, it was the legend of korra. That being said, they don't tend to stream these kinds of things when they are at the height of their popularity, and I don't really bother to watch tv anymore, so my opinion's not that informed and hasn't been since I was 13 or so?

Steven Universe has my highest recommendation. Top notch production values. Beautiful scenery, great character designs, fluid animations, pitch perfect voice acting and frequent, original, beautiful music.
It tackles a lot of conventional themes from new angles and never talks down to the audience. It reminds me of Ender's Game (the book, I've never seen the movie) and how children are treated as fully complex adults with opinions that matter. A lot of hard themes are addressed in a realistic, but not gritty manner- and always from a child's perspective. It's all set against what is shaping up to be an epic story (but with a personal focus).

I remember Cyber Six! I thought it was pretty cool. I thought it was less cool that they always seemed to air the same two episodes repeatedly.

What about Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century? It's about Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd century.

Where I lived that one always had a weird schedule. Sometimes it was the last cartoon in the Fox Saturday lineup and sometimes it was news or sports or something instead.

this week's episode of steven universe was good

I dunno, assuming I'm remembering right and we're talking about Shirt Club. It had its moments, but Buck seemed uncharacteristically assholish towards Steven.
