Up the Chain of Command

Each creature can't attack unless its controller taps an untapped creature they control with greater converted mana cost or their commander. (For example, a creature with converted mana cost 2 can't attack unless its controller taps a creature with converted mana cost 3 or greater or their commander.)

When Tarnishing Golem becomes the target of a spell or ability, if it doesn't have any -1/-1 counters on it, counter that spell or ability, remove all +1/+1 counters from it and put a -1/-1 counter on it.

If Soul Gem would enter the battlefield, each opponent searches your library, graveyard, and hand for any number of creature cards with the same name and exile them and any permanents you control with that name. If your library was searched this way, shuffle it.
