At the beginning of each player's end step, if the combined converted mana cost of permanents that player controls is twenty or greater, they win the game.
Players can't lose the game and creatures can't attack.

As long as Silent-Bell Dancer's power is 3 or greater, it has hexproof, it can't be blocked, and it can block while tapped as though it were untapped.
The Still-Bell adept can train in a room full of bells and not sound a single one. The master can train wearing bells and remain silent.

For each opponent, choose two creatures they control. That player chooses one and you gain control of it, then that player sacrifices the other.
A good heel never wins outright.
