Emergent Intelligence
Enchantment
When Emergent Intelligence enters the battlefield, draw a card.
If you have cast spells that share a name with Emergent Intelligence four or more times this game, if you would draw a card, scry 2 and draw a card instead.

Reminds me of Crystal Core in hearthstone, where you can either find multiples, or use bounce effects to duplicate it. I think that choosing a card that references itself is a good choice for "four or more times this game", which means that you won't encounter memory issues because both players will know that they're supposed to keep track of what it's counting.

In terms of power level, the reward is kinda underwhelming. This only does anything if you build your deck around it, and building your deck around it doesn't win you the game.

Arbitrary Destruction
:2::w::r::b:
Sorcery
Choose Odd or Even. Destroy all nonland permanents with converted mana costs of the chosen type (Zero is Even)

Mindrazer
Creature - Hellion
When ~ enters the battlefield, choose a type of counter at random, then choose another type of counter. The first type of counter becomes the second type.

Tevish: Ooh, I like this one. Could lead to some fun scenarios, very interesting to play and deckbuild with, and feels very printable too.

ELC: I really don't think that having a list of every type of counter in standard should be a requirement to play a card, especially in eternal where there are dozens if not hundreds of them, most of which do nothing outside of specific cards.

Tell that to MaRo then; if anything I would allow the player to choose both types without randomness, but the criteria was to make a card matching a description of a spoiler.

Main perks would be to turn experience/energy to and from poison counters, +1/+1s to and from -1/-1s, and Loyalty/Time counters to anything else.

The real card would probably be "...at random from among permanents on the battlefield." or something like that.

And card soon. :)

Mysterious Egg -
Creature - Egg | U

Predatory Hellion

Creature - Hellion Horror
When ~ enters the battlefield, it deals 4 damage to each player who controls creatures with total power 10 or less, and each creature those players control.
6/4

eh something like that anyway
i feel like this could be worded more cleanly but i also don't want to think about it that much
yes it killing itself is intentional

Jo: ooh, that's an interesting one. The flavor works great, and it's very blue.

Eurus: that's a Johnny card if I've ever seen one, but a Johnny card that isn't dead if you don't draw your other Johnny cards. I like it.

Amber: It's kinda a mess tbh. It doesn't feel very coherent in what it does.

Driven Nuts
Sorcery (U)
Target player reveals their hand. You choose a card from it. That player discards that card. Create X black and green 1/1 Nightmare Squirrel creature tokens, where X is that card's converted mana cost.
The madness had always been a part of Kaglo's life, but the affinity for climbing trees was new.

That's a fun niche rare. It's crazy inconsistent, but fun.

Fruiting Mycodra
Creature — Fungus Hydra
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, Fruiting Mycodra mutates and put a +1/+1 counter on it. (Put a flying, vigilance, hexproof, trample, first strike, or menace counter at random on it. It can't get the same counter twice.)
: Remove all counters from Fruiting Mycodra. Choose a kind of counter at random from among the removed counters. Put a counter of that kind on each creature you control. Activate this ability only if there are two or more kinds of counters on Fruitng Mycodra.
3/3

That's a weird combination of extreme memory issues and extreme RNG for a keyword mechanic. This card has way too much going on.

Since submissions are over, I'm gonna call it in favor of Tevish's Arbitrary Destruction! It's a neat effect I'm surprised I've never seen printed before.

Honorable mention goes to Eurus' Living Monument, because I'd love to see the sort of things it enables.
