We already have cards that do 13 and 20 damage legit though.

Sacrifice a planeswalker. When you do, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a planeswalker card. Put that card onto the battlefield with a number of loyalty counters equal to the loyalty counters on the sacrificed planeswalker.

At the beginning of combat, the player whose turn it is flips a coin for each untapped creature they control. If they win the flip that creature must attack this combat if able. If they lose the flip, that creature can't attack this combat.
