Despite his enslavement, he was still able to twist his master's hopes into nightmares.

Would the "choose one that hasn't been chosen" thing reset when someone else gains control of it?

Based on Demonic Pact, it doesn't reset on change of control, but would on flicker. So the last ability should probably be "Exile Zarqim, Enslaved Mystic, then return it to the battlefield under an opponent's control. Discard your hand."

Target creatures gets -2/-2 until end of turn. If it dies this turn, return it to the battlefield under your control. It becomes a Slave in addition to its other types.

Scheme
When you set this scheme into motion, for each opponent, you may put a creature card from your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield. It gains haste, double strike, and trample until end of turn. It must attack that opponent this turn if able. At the beginning of your next end step, exile that creature.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a horizon counter on Seas of Nowhere, then exile all creatures with power less than or equal to the number of horizon counters on Seas of Nowhere.
When there are no creatures on the battlefield, sacrifice Seas of Nowhere, then return all creatures exiled with it to the battlefield.

Enchanted land is legendary. If mana produced by enchanted land is spent to cast a creature spell, that creature enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it and it has hexproof.
