That is correct! The answer is "Portable Indoor Gallows."

This is a reference to a short little non-canon fic that came about in the Highlighted M:EMories thread discussion of Orcish's "The Rule of Law." It refers to a piece of décor in the home of the Vicomtesse, Dearest Perrine Labelle.
