Hey my FB account finally got restricted with a 24 hour ban on posting anything. I’m surprised this hasn’t happened earlier.

This time I’m trying disagreeing with the decision cuz they obviously don’t understand the context

But I don’t really care or anything. It’s obviously a bot that does the reviews. Curious if anything happens.

Nice to take a break. Wish they had banned me for longer.

DJ, all cuz of another controversy in our House of Parliament too lol

Mobius kept getting banned until they kicked him
For good lol

Megabeast and his wife’s account, blissgirl both got perma banned too I believe

What’s funny is the same reason megabeast got banned was similar to why I got the 24 hour ban from FB today

I maintain megabeast got screwed over, he was an ass sure, but the large majority of his warnings/temp bans were for griefing Chiang who deserved it

Also, beast was a Bioware Social Network ME3 Multiplayer forum veteran like me and that place was fantastically toxic - i'd come home from work every day and there'd be a new locked thread with 300 posts with the final post being from a mod saying "jesus christ folks can we please stop sending death threats because someone didn't like your multiplayer build?"

yeah, he was bringing those death threats here out of habit maybe. It was nuts lol

i used to play so much ME3 multiplayer and I think I was fantastically bad at it

But yeah, Beast worked up the tier list of warnings with all soft stuff at Chiang, and then when he finally broke the CoC at the end, it was for bigger stuff

Could have happened to any of us I think. There was SO MUCH fighting back in those days.

I used to love to hate Chiang like everyone else, but one day I got matched against him randomly on Duels - ended up plugging in headset and playing several matches with him. He was chill and good natured there and the experience humanized him for me and ruined the hate boner :cry:

I watched Where The Crawdads Sing and it was surprisingly very good. It's a twisty ride that keeps you guessing till the end.

I also watched Bullet Train. Fun hitman v hitman v hitman movie. Little bit of kung fu mixed in with every assassin trope possible. Longer than most action movies at 2h 5m.
It's got the cliche Ryan Reynolds cameo.

Barney, are they showing The Glass Onion up there in Canada?

It’s not playing up here near me, no. It’s 2nd anniversary weekend in a week with Jess so we’re gonna spend it at a lake resort. There’s a movie theatre there so I’m sure on Sunday we will see something. I’ll look into that but it sounds like she wants me to see Barbarian really badly (she already saw it too)

Years back when I got FIFA 08, I created my high school soccer team as a novelty with with the create-a-player feature. I used an old yearbook to get the faces right. Took a long time to finish. My save file got corrupted like a week later :cry:

I did something similar, created an NGA/CGB XCOM character pool, did like 3 missions, installed too many mods and had to reset everything
