I could go point by point through the treaty as I was made aware of it, but that's wholly moot; you'll believe what you want to believe.
Go ahead. Prove I broke our treaty if you can. You can't, but I dare you to try.
You misunderstand, I mean I could go point by point through all terms and definitions accessible to me to assert my lack of violation of the strict terms, given my position therein.
I said (or implied, it seems the meaning was not caught and that is on me) when this entire nonsense spat began I couldn't prove wrongdoing on you and that I therefore wouldn't try.
So do you believe I (and for that matter the other fakers, HW and Sky) am a member and signatory? Or do you believe I(we) to be a third party knowledgeable of the deal but apart from its subjects and beneficiaries?
You aren't a member. You weren't even privy to the negotiations in which a "member" was defined, so I'm not sure how you could claim to even know what a "member" was. If we were even to consider you a "signatory"—as in someone who "signed" the deal—that's wholely irrelevant, on account of the fact that Rag and I clearly deemed the members to be her and me and our faction mates. You are not Rag, you are not me, and you do not share a faction with either of us. Ergo, you are not a "member". That logic is irrefutable, but even if you were to somehow refute it, that still wouldn't matter, because a deal entered into under bad faith is not legally binding. Just google "bad faith legal definition" and you'll see it plenty well defines you.
The only reason I haven't taken swift and decisive action against you, HW, or Sky, is because I've said time and time again that you were
Roman infiltrators, not Spider Cult ones, as such, I think it's up to Rome to decide how best to respond to your blatant acts of treason.
That said, the recent revelation that some of you might have once been Roman and now aren't thanks to KoD's shenanigans might change my view on some of that. Someone who was once Roman but had their faction changed might be able to make an argument towards being a "member", but certainly not someone who was posing as a Roman in order to spy on them.
Of course, I can tell already that the only reason you even asked this rhetorical question is to maneuver me into a corner in which I have to admit you are free to reveal details about the Spider Cult that you may have learned through this debacle because, as a non-member, you are allegedly not bound by term #4.a, but that's a stupid stance to take because you already stabbed me (and everyone else in that Coalition) in the back, so why should you care about whether or not you're allowed under my definition to do so even more? The winners will be the players who have achieved entry to Zenon's Tea Party.
On that you are at least partially correct. I was more concerned about term #1, which currently excludes me in participating in two of the three leading wagons if it is considered to hold. Real talk, I rode getting a private chat with rag by guesswork to apparently way bigger, and wish to be sure that I don't cross any line that would see bruised feelings taken
beyond the game, which I fear having potentially strayed close to.
