A most effective way to stop rogue pyromancers.

I wonder how strong that could be in limited. Doing it 4 times seems like a reasonable way to get through the last 20 cards in their deck (counting their draws) but any more than that seems like you are giving up too many of your own cards without effecting the board so you would probably want some other control cards that can get the first 10 cards milled as incidental bonuses while keeping you alive.
4 is just a number I pulled out of a hat. This is probably bad unless you can use the self mill, like most dredge cards, and this isn't great in a limited environment where people benefit from self mill.
