When Dimir Forlorn enters the battlefield, choose a creature an opponent controls. Dimir Forlorn has protection from all other creatures and can't be target of spells and noncreature abilities opponents control as long as that creature remains on the battlefield.
You may cast Dimir Forlorn for when it enters your graveyard from your library.

I like the play with cards you can play when they are milled. Probably a little too close to Madness functionally and really only with proper support in Blue and Black.

Dimir Dock Gang
Creature - Human Rogue (R)
Menace
Whenever Dimir Dock Gang deals combat damage to a player, each player puts the top 5 cards of their library into their graveyard.
Until end of turn, you may play cards put into graveyards in this way.
